have two apricot puppies. One male, one female. Born May 7th 2005
Molly was not too happy about her puppies being out of the whelping box
on a rug on the floor for these pictures. They were only there for 2 to 3 minutes so I had good lighting and room to focus, then right back to their cozy secure box. Katie Jo is on the left & KJ on the right in all pictures.
These below were taken on 5/27/05
Warm and sunny for a short time. Pups got a very small taste of outside and fresh air at 3 weeks of age.Just long enough for a few pictures before a cool wind & big cloud blew over and I brought them right back inside!

All is well here. Marley (Summer Rain) has settled in beautifully.
She and Sarah have started puppy kindergarten classes.
Marley is the smallest dog in the class, but the "star of the show".
She seems to intuitively know what to do and that she has an
audience. Others in the class always comment to their dogs,
see that little poodle, why can't you act like her? --
The photo was taken last week when she was 11 weeks old.
Are you finally getting some summer weather? We are, it hasn't
rained for almost 2 weeks!

We are all so happy with Misha! She's the perfect addition to our family!
She's smart, affectionate,and full of spunk. Here are some pictures we took of her.

We thought we'd send you a little note to let you know how Misha is doing
on her 9 month birthday. I'll have to send you some pictures soon.
She is so sweet and smart and beautiful - we all love her very much. She
fits beautifully into our family, and is very affectionate with all of us -
even our cat. She has such character, and she's admired everywhere she
goes.
She is much smaller than we expected her to be - only about 6 pounds and
9 inches from shoulder to floor. Do you know if her sisters are about that
size, or bigger? Her small size makes her that much more portable for our
family.
She has been spayed, which she handled very well. She's healthy and eats
well, but never seems to overdo it. She's perky and playful, but also
peaceful and secure - the perfect puppy.
We hope all is well at Casa Strega. We'll be in touch later with pictures.

Hi Joy
Miss Maggie (Jenny) is doing great. The car ride home she was ok. Quiet and
looking around. She did vomit like 3 times on the ride home but it was food.
She must of gotten car sick the poor baby.
She was quiet most of Sunday being curious of her new sorroundings
but by Monday afternoon she had been dragging my mother in laws
shoes around by the lace, barking at your feet when moving.
I think she is settling nicely already. She is a delight and my mother in law is
pleased to have her. She slept in the room with my MInL on her night stand in the (plastic) pet taxi and only got up once whining so she brought her outside.

Jenny is moving around checking out her new home. Look at her go.
She was very confident believe it or not. This is only 15 minutes after
arriving home. I'm sure she likes it. Things are going well so far and
we wanted to send our thanks again. Kim
